YAD in collaboration with PLAN Cameroon is participating in the five years nation wide project to fight against Maleria in Cameroon in line with the MDGs

In 2007 a group of dynamic young persons came to the conclusion that every human being is endowed with a gift that can contribute in one way or another to community Development and the progress of human civilization.

Development is no longer a remote phenomenon that had to be spoken of in isolated fragments and broken patterns.  While health precedes wealth as inseparable units of the phases of human development, it should be realized that youths constitute a vast world of unexploited potentials needed for community development. Youths must put their forces together to sustain the resources of today for posterity.

 

Our present economic, social and environmental problems such as unemployment, ignorance, poverty, illiteracy, the irrational use of natural resources prompted the decision to initiate a youth program on sustainable community development intended to combat the above problems.

YAD therefore seeks to address these development issues which stipulate that every human being has an untapped ocean of potentials in him/her which only needs orientation to make life richer and fuller.
